After Madchef skyrocketed, blessing the many taste-buds of Dhaka – emerged Cheez, the first dedicated cheese restaurant of the country.
Cheez was swift in it’s venture of taking over the Dhaka culinary scene – emphasizing on quality with cheese directly imported from Netherlands and Italy, making it a perfectly balanced supplement to all of their brilliantly experimental dishes that accumulated into what we now know as The Gourmet Pizza Section.
While the Creamy Seafood Pizza rose from the depths of the vast blue sea, the Kalabhuna Pizza was discovered in the hearts of Chatgaiyas that carry their culture with them wherever they go. Then came the Thai Pie – Thailand splattered on a large chunk of dough, All About The ‘Shrooms – made with handpicked mushrooms and the Simple er Moddhe Gorgeous – a dish beyond description.
These developments happened simultaneously with the development of dishes meant to cater to those more conservative taste buds – labeled The Classic Pizza Section, flavors that have been proven to work throughout human history, as they do so at our outlets.
Cheez became a favorite, beyond their uncompromising quality – they provided unparalleled service that delivered to your doorsteps till ungodly hours, expanding across town, and spreading love everywhere they went.
This story is incomplete, as Cheez is a work in progression – one that we may see manifest before our own eyes, one that is an unwritten tale of love and bravery, one that looks for expanding from Teknaf to Tetulia – and giving Bangladeshi’s the joy of cheese.
