Teddy’s serves hot sandwiches using bread baked on the spot, typically known in Lebanon as “saj”. Another common name is “ manoucheh ”. Teddy’s is the first to open in Spain serving this type of fresh Lebanese fast food.
Fresh dough is hand rolled, spread on a cushion, and then slammed on a hot convex griddle. While cooking, the bread is topped with unique and fresh ingredients, ranging from salty to sweet.
A must try is the thyme salsa saj, known as ‘zaatar’.
The house specialty “El Famoso”, known back home as “kishik”, is spread with a rich blend of artisanal goat cheese, onion and tomato.
