  • 4 120 Grams Beef Fillet Steaks
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 4 Halved Bread Rolls
  • 2 Finely Chopped Garlic Cloves
  • 4 Slices Cheese
  • 4 Salad Leaves
  • Olive Oil Or Any Oil Of Your Choice


  • On a medium to high heat, preheat the barbecue plat. After that, mix mayonnaise and chopped garlic in a bowl.Cover it and refrigerate.
  • Season steaks with salt and pepper according to your taste. Put oil on the steak in a light amount to ensure even cooking.
  • Barbecue the seasoned steaks for 3to 4 minutes or until cooked as your liking. Shift it to a neat plate and put it aside.
  • Cook bacon by putting it on a barbecue plate from each side. Continue cooking it for 3 minutes or till it becomes crispy.
  • On the cut side of bread, roll top slayer cheese, and place it under a preheated grill. Cook it till the cheese melts. Spread the garlic mayonnaise you have made in the beginning over bread roll bases.
  • After that, top it with salad leaves, steaks, cheese, and bacon. Here, you can top it with beetroot relish or tomato chutney as per your preference. Sandwich it with cheese melted top and serve it to your loved ones.
